Height, weight and age are more personal than most of what you'd type into a random website, so this page spells out exactly what happens to those numbers on a site built around calorie and body-composition calculators, plus the ordinary web traffic that comes with visiting any page here.
Every tool on this site, the calorie deficit, macro, TDEE, BMR, body fat, BMI, ideal weight, protein intake, water intake, keto, pace and sleep calculators, runs entirely in JavaScript inside your own browser tab. When you enter a height, a weight, an age or an activity level, that figure is used once, locally, to compute a result you can see on your screen. None of it is sent to a CalorieCalcTools server; there is no server-side calculation step in how these tools are built, no save button, and no account to attach a number to. Refresh the page and every field clears.
Standard server and analytics logs, the kind almost every website collects: which pages were requested, an approximate location from IP address, browser and device type, and the site that referred you here. None of this includes the numbers you type into a calculator field. We use it to see which tools and guides get used and to catch pages that are slow or broken.
Google Analytics and Google AdSense both set cookies on this site. The analytics cookies show us aggregate traffic patterns, for instance how many people used the macro calculator this month, without identifying any one visitor. AdSense cookies may let Google serve ads based on browsing activity across other sites; you can turn off ad personalization in your Google account or through the cookie banner here, and you can block cookies entirely in your browser. Rejecting cookies does not break a calculator, since none of them depend on cookies to produce a result.
Messages sent through the contact form are handled by a third-party processor, Web3Forms. Your name, email address and message are used only to reply to you. We do not add anyone who writes in to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share that information.

This site is built for adults planning their own nutrition and fitness. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13, and none of the calculators are marketed to children.
If the analytics tool, ad network or form processor on this site changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. We don't send an email notice for policy updates, because the only email addresses we ever see are the ones typed into the contact form.
