How it works

Pace is total time divided by distance. Enter either and the calculator returns the other, along with speed in mph and km/h. Every variable follows the same formula: fix two of them and the third is determined.

Quick reference: a 5K is 3.1 miles. An 8:00 per mile pace covers it in about 24:50. A 10:00 per mile pace takes around 31:00.
